Efficacy of silicon-calcium composite deoxidizer:
1. For ordinary carbon steel, it is used in converter smelting deoxidation and alloying. Add 1.2-1.5Kg/ton of this deoxidizer to the ladle. The deoxidation can be deoxidized from 220ppm to within 70ppm. Replaced silicon aluminum barium (silicon aluminum barium calcium).
  2. For low-alloy steels such as 16Mn and 20Mnsi, add 1.0-2.5Kg/ton of the deoxidizer to the ladle before tapping. Add 1-2.5Kg/ton of the deoxidizer per ton of molten steel in the electric furnace and converter, It has a good purification effect on molten steel, and has a good purification effect on general steel types. It has a more significant purification effect on steel types that use aluminum, rare earth deoxidizers, titanium, vanadium, etc. as alloying agents.
3. Improving the fluidity of steel slag and preventing nodulation at the tundish nozzle is remarkable.
4. After forming slag, the melting point of slag is low, the viscosity is moderate, the protective effect on the film is obvious, and the surface quality of the steel ingot is improved.
5. If the quality of smelted steel scrap is not good, you can add 0.5 kg/ton of molten steel in an appropriate amount.
6. The use of this product has little smoke and dust, which can effectively improve the environment.
